This is a national sales position, based out of your home. You will help CeC to sell our marketing services to Education and HR firms throughout North America. This position may lead to other opportunities in Sales, Marketing, Consulting or Management. This position may be either part or full time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week required. There is some flexibility in the work schedule but work must be completed during normal business hours of 8am and 5pm Mon through Fri. Work will be completed from your home office on a telecommute basis. This position may remain a contract position or later convert to employee status (part-time or full-time), depending upon the individual’s performance and work preferences. Approximately 6 days of travel per year is required. Candidate must be able to work well in an environment with diverse staff and must have an awareness and understanding of cultural, racial, religious, and economic differences.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications
• Sharp, creative, assertive individual who performs well in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• 1-3 years of Sales, Lead Generation, Telemarketing, or Telesales experience strongly preferred
• Experience positioning a technical solution to both a technical and business audience preferred
• Excellent phone & communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, & Outlook, CRM tools (Salesforce.com a plus)
• Ability to remain flexible and a willingness to embrace and adapt to change
• Strong analytical and administrative skills
• Team player with a client-focused approach and demeanor
• Home office set up with adequate equipment and software, high speed internet connection, telephone and long distance service

Responsibilities & Duties
• Responsible for lead generation, qualification and management
• Calls on decision-makers via the telephone, and communicate quickly and effectively, the value of our solutions
• Qualifies any inbound or campaign-based calls, lead follow up and referral management.
• Help drive lead generation campaigns
• Creates client interest, answers questions and initiates sales process
• Responsible for a quota of outbound calls and emails
• Develop opportunities from several lead generation campaigns, target lists, & marketing efforts
• Assist in the production of sales proposals and presentations
• Assist in a variety of educational consulting assignments
• Assist Cox eLearning Consultants with selected consulting projects
• Assist Cox eLearning Consultants with client sales and telesales activities
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation: DOE. Compensation will be a combination of hourly wage plus incentives.
